Payment, Terms & Conditions
- Minimum stay is 3 nights
- 25% deposit of the total amount is required to secure your booking (reservations will be held for 5 days)
- Full terms & conditions will be issued upon receipt of deposit. T&C’s are available to download – please see above
- Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to your holiday commencement
- A refundable damage deposit of £100 is required with your final payment
- Complimentary basket of logs is included (logs available to purchase at £4 a basket)
- Payments can be made by PayPal or bank transfer
- Check-in is after 4pm and check-out by 10am
Please note we do have a bee hive within the neighbouring vicinity, so when it is warm you may see honey bees within the garden… They do not wish to hurt you, they are simply looking for water or collecting pollen….
We live within a working forest as we are based within the Forestry Commission woodland. As a working forest, trees are maintained and felled throughout the year – we cannot guarantee this will not be happening during your visit as this is beyond our control. We will advise if there are to be any works in the immediate area should we have this information beforehand.
